摘要 网络教学平台是教育信息化发展进步的时代性产物,它与新教育理念、新技术及教育形态融为一体,体现了当下社会经济、政治、文化、教育等特点。同时,呈现出现代化、智慧化、立体化、战略化等特征。在实践中,网络教学平台不仅体现了"六位一体"的开放互动型特点,而且有助于增强教学团队凝聚力,提高学生自主学习能动性。要推动网络化教学平台发展,就要以学生学业发展为中心,树立绿色发展理念、构建大数据思维,不断创新设计理念,优化课程自主的效果评价功能,从而实现其价值特征。同时,完善信息技术应用环境、构建有效的学习保障机制,不仅有利于学生对互联网+教育的新认识,也有利于任课教师创新教育教学方法,提升教育教学质量。 Network teaching platform is a product of the era of development and progress of educational informationization. It integrates with new education concepts, new technologies and educational forms, and reflects the characteristics of the current social economy, polities, culture, education and so on. At the same time, it is characterized by modernization, intelligence, three-dimensionality, and strategy. In practice, network teaching platform not only embodies the open and interactive features of "six in one", but also helps to enhance the cohesiveness of the teaching team and improve students' initiative in learning. To promote the development of networked teaching platform, it is necessary to focus on the development of students' academic studies, establish a green development concept, build thinking of big data, continuously innovate design concepts, and optimize effectiveness evaluation of curriculum, so as to realize its value characteristics. At the same time, it is necessary to perfect the application environment of information technology and construct an effective learning guarantee mechanism, which will not only benefit students' new- understanding of the Internet + education, but is also conducive to the teachers' innovation of teaching methods and improving the quality of education and teaching.
