氮气纯度对偏二甲肼中水分测量的影响

Influence of the purity of nitrogen on the measurement of moisture in unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine

讨论了氮气纯度对偏二甲肼中水分测量的影响。根据GJB 753–1989,偏二甲肼中的水分含量可采用气相色谱法进行测定,试验过程需要氮气保护。分别在工业氮气、纯氮气、高纯氮气3种气氛保护条件下对偏二甲肼中水分含量进行测定,并利用偏二甲肼标准试样进行了比对试验。试验结果表明,在工业氮气保护条件下,水分含量测定结果偏高,相对误差为6.3%,不能满足测试要求。在纯氮气与高纯氮气保护下,水分含量测量误差均为1.4%,满足测试需求。

The influence of the purity of nitrogen on the measuremrnt of moisture in unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine was discussed. According to GJB 753-1989, the determination of moisture content in unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine should be determined by gas chromatography under nitrogen protection. Under the protection of industrial nitrogen, pure nitrogen and high purity nitrogen, moisture content in unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine was determined, and the comparison test was performed with the standard sample of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine. The results showed that the measurement results of moisture content were larger with the relative error of 6.3% under the condition of industrial nitrogen protection, which could not meet the test requirements. Under the protection of pure nitrogen and high purity nitrogen, the relative error of moisture content test was 1.4%, which could meet the test requirements.
