电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定地表水中的微量铅、铬、钴、铁、锰 被引量:12

摘要 建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定地表水中的微量铅、铬、钴、铁、锰元素。对地表水样品进行蒸发浓缩,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对浓缩后的样品进行检测,外标法定量。铅、铬、钴、铁、锰元素的质量浓度在0.01~2.00 mg/L范围内与发射光谱强度线性关系良好,相关系数(r^2)均大于0.998。铅、铬、钴、铁、锰的检出限分别为0.002 1,0.003 2,0.002 7,0.001 7,0.001 8 mg/L;加标回收率为88.4%~100.9%;测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5.0%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,检测结果准确、可靠。 An ICP-AES method was established for simultaneous determination of plumbum, chromium, cobalt, iron and manganese in surface water. Samples were condensed by evaporation method, then tested quantitatively by ICP-AES. 5 elements showed good linear relationships with the atomic enission intensity in the range of 0.01-2.00 mg/L, the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.998. The detection limits of plumbum, chromium, cobalt, iron and manganese were 0.002 1, 0.003 2, 0.002 7, 0.001 7 and 0.001 8 mg/L, respectively. The recoveries were ranged from 88.4% to 100.9%. The relative standard deviations were less than 5%(n=6). This method has high precision and accuracy, which is simple and reliable.
