随着世界全球化以及中国"一带一路"建设的推进,恐怖组织对我国海外利益及人员安全造成的威胁也越来越多,我国境外利益受到严重侵害。我国跨境反恐路径的选择直接关系到跨境反恐的成效。只有综合考量政治、法律、战术等问题,进一步构建反恐力量体系,完善我国反恐法律体系,细化反恐战术行动,才能有效维护国家海外利益免受恐怖活动威胁。

With the advancement of globalization and promotion of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy, the threats to Chinese overseas benefits and personnel security from terrorism have been more serious and China＇s overseas interests suffer a lot. The choice of cross-border anti-terrorism path in China is directly related to the effect of cross-border anti-terrorism. Only by considering political, legal, tactic issues and other problems comprehensively, further building ant i-terrorism forces system, perfecting anti-terrorism legal system, refining ant i-terrorism tactical operations, can the over-seas benefits be maintained and avoided against terrorism threat.
