摘要
技术侦查措施在反恐情报信息工作中具有极大的优势。目前,由于我国在反恐情报信息工作中采取技术侦查措施的法律规范不完备,极易引起侵害公民隐私权以及证据审查等方面的问题。为此,应当修改《刑事诉讼法》的相关规定或制定单行法规范技术侦查措施,以保障公民隐私权不受侵犯,并完善相关证据制度。
The technical investigation measures have great advantages in ant i-terrorism intelligence and information work. At present, due to the incomplete legal norms of the technical investigat ion measures adopted by China in ant i-terrorism intelligence information, it is very easy to cause problems such as violat ion of the privacy of citizens and the flaws in the examination of evidence. Thus, it is urgent to amend the relevant provisions of the criminal procedure law or to formulate the standard technical investigat ion measures in order to protect the privacy of citizens and improve the relevant evidence system.
