防原医学青年教员任职教育胜任能力的培养

Suggestions for improving young teachers' ability in military professional education in radiation medicine

如何适应部队防原医学任职教育的需求,切实提高部队应对核事故的卫勤保障能力是防原医学教学面临的重要问题。而注重青年教员任职教育胜任能力的培养是解决上述问题的重要路径之一。文章对近年来陆军军医大学组织实施防原医学任职教育过程中青年教员所面临的问题进行剖析,并就提高青年教员任职教育胜任能力的方法在教学管理单位和基层教研室层面进行思考,可以为相关学科的任职教育教学中青年教员胜任能力的培养提供有益的借鉴。

One important and urgent issue for the department of radiation medicine is how to adapt and meet the needs of army professional education. And there is no doubt that improving the young teachers＇ teaching ability is one of the key factors. In this paper,the authors summarized and analyzed the prominent problems challenging the young teachers during radiation medicine teaching activities for military professional education,and proposed corresponding countermeasures in order to improve teaching capacities of young teachers from aspects of administrative departments and basic sections,which will provide helpful references for similar or related departments.
