摘要 为降低MTBE中的副产品,提高产品纯度,对其生产工艺流程中的影响因素进行了分析。对甲醇和异丁烯的进料配比、反应温度和催化精馏塔的温度、原料中含C5等杂质和水等关键环节逐一调整,采取了有效措施,确定重要工艺参数,减少了副产品的生成,使MTBE的产品纯度稳定在98%以上,产品质量优良,满足市场需求。 The influence factors of the production process are analyzed in order to reduce the byproducts of MTBE and improve the product purity. Through the adjustment to key links such as the feeding ratio of methanol and isobutylene,the reaction temperature and the temperature of catalytic distillation column,C5 and other impurities in raw materials,and water in raw materials. Effective measures have been taken and the important process parameters have been determined. The production of by-products decreases and the purity of MTBE is above 98%,and the products are of good quality and meet the market demand.
