Design of Field Control Station Monitoring System Based on MCGS

以DCS实训室原油加氢半实物仿真装置为平台,针对各控制子站的控制需求,设计了一套基于MCGS软件的现场站监控系统。本系统不仅能对现场控制子站各工艺参数进行控制,还能实现对整体装置的有效监控。借助该监控系统,丰富了教学手段,激发了学生的学习兴趣,使教学质量得到进一步提升。

In this paper,a hardware in the loop simulation device for crude oil hydrogenation in DCS training room is designed,and a monitoring system based on MCGS software is designed for the control needs of each substation. This system can not only control the process parameters of the field control substation,but can also realize the effective monitoring of the whole device. With the help of the monitoring system,the teaching means have been enriched,and the students＇ interest in learning has been stimulated and the quality of the teaching is further improved.
