摘要
通过对CRH3型高速动车组牵引传动系统运行特点的研究,提出一种模拟CRH3型高速动车组牵引传动系统运行特点的研究方案,该方案包括硬件部分和软件部分。依据硬件方案设计了供电电源电路、IPM驱动隔离电路、以DSP2812为核心的控制电路和检测电路;依据软件方案设计了下位机软件部分和上位机软件部分。建立了一套CRH3型高速动车组牵引传动模拟系统,进行了模拟实验并对模拟的实验结果进行了分析。
Through researching the characteristics of CRH3 high speed emu traction drive system,this paper puts forward the scheme of the simulation of CRH3 high speed emu traction drive system,including the hardware part and software part. The design of hardware is based on the power supply circuit,IPM drive isolation circuit,DSP2812 as the core of control circuit and detection circuit. We design the software of single chip processor system and PC software,and set up a type of CRH3 high speed emu traction driving simulation system,also analyze the simulation results.
