摘要
主要论述了对某难选氧化铜锡共生矿综合回收铜锡金属的小型试验研究情况,针对含铜1.070%、锡0.296%的共生原矿,根据试样性质确定了分选的药剂种类和用量,采用常规粗扫选、精选流程,进行药剂条件试验,最终确定较好的试验条件并进行闭路试验,获得较好试验指标:铜精矿品位11.02%,铜回收率65.40%。将试验研究应用在实际生产当中,也获得了铜精矿品位为11.71%,铜回收率为68.23%的良好指标。
The main topic of this article is the small experimental investigation on comprehensive recovery of copper and tin met-al from one refractory copper tin paragenic ore; the raw paragenie ore with 1. 070% copper and 0. 296% tin, according to the nature of sam-ple, the agent type and dosage for separation is confirmed, the conventional rough scavenging, concentration flow is adopted for agent condi-tion test, therefore the better test target is confirmed, and then the closed circuit test was carried out, the better test target is obtained: the grade of copper concentrate is 11.02% , the recovery rate of copper is 65.40%. The above mentioned test is also applied into the actual pro-duetion, we got the good targets that the grade of copper concentrate is 11.71%, and the recovery rate of copper is 68.23%.
