摘要
以某高铜含金氧化矿为研究对象,在炭浸工艺中采用新型低毒药剂"JC"为浸金剂,在最佳工艺条件下,取得了浸出率分别为Au 92.80%、Ag 33.45%的较好指标,金、银浸出率略高于使用氰化钠时。可见,该药剂在炭浸工艺中替代氰化钠浸出该矿是可行的,且用该药剂浸出该矿石时,对金选择性高、浸出速度快。本研究对含金矿石低毒浸金及矿山绿色发展提供有价参考。
The study object is one high-copper oxidized gold ore, in the carbon-in-pulp leaching process, the new type gold leaching reagent "JC" with low toxicity is adopted as the gold leaching reagent, the leaching efficiency separately is Au 92. 80%, Ag 33.45 % under the best process conditions, which is the better target; the leaching efficiency of gold and silver is slightly higher than adop-tion of sodium cyanide. Therefore, it is feasible that using "JC" reagent to replace sodium cyanide for ore leaching in carbon-in-pulp leac-hing process ; which has the high gold selectivity and rapid leaching speed by using the reagent for ore leaching. The study supplies the valu-able reference to low toxicity gold leaching and green development of mine.
