内氧化型Ag基换向器合金材料耐磨性研究

摘要 金属氧化物增强Ag基合金材料由于具有优良的导电性、抗电弧性能而成为一种重要的电接触材料。本文利用内氧化法制备得内氧化型Ag Cu4Ni0.3合金材料。Cu O、Ni O颗粒弥散分布于Ag基体中。材料的力学性能、再结晶温度及耐磨性能显著提高,电性能略有下降,而材料的耐磨性大幅提高。材料成功用于微电机换向器。 The metallic oxide reinforced Ag based alloy material has good electrical conductivity, arc resistance, so it becomes an important electric contact material. The internal Oxidized AgCu4 Ni0.3 alloy material is prepared by internal oxidation method. Cue, NiO particles were dispersed and distributed in Ag substrate. The mechanical property, recrystallization temperature and abrasive resistance of material is improved observably, the electrical property has a little decreased, but the abrasive resistance of material is increased significant- ly. The material is successfully applied in commutator of micrometer.
