摘要
为了提高沥青材料抗老化性能,对基质沥青和不同纳米炭黑掺量下的纳米炭黑沥青进行薄膜加热短期老化前后的针入度、延度、软化点以及旋转黏度试验,计算残留针入度比、残留延度比、软化点增量、残留黏度比等抗老化性能指标。结果表明,纳米炭黑可提高沥青胶结料黏度,增强抗变形能力,有效改善基质沥青的抗老化性能,但延展性下降,施工便利性变差;从技术与经济的角度综合考虑,纳米炭黑沥青中的最佳纳米炭黑掺量建议取5%。
To improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt material,the penetration,ductility,softening point and rotational viscosity of original asphalt and asphalt doping with different content of nano carbon black had been tested before and after shortterm film heating aging.The values of residual penetration ratio,residual ductility ratio,softening point increment and residual viscosity ratio were calculated.The results showed that nano carbon black could improve asphalt binder viscosity,enhance the ability of deformation resistance and effectively improve aging resistance performance of asphalt,but the ductility decreased and the convenience of construction got worse.The optimum amount of nano carbon black in nano carbon black asphalt was suggested to be 5%from the point of technology and economy.
