摘要
针对高含水率泥浆进行就地固化处理作为路基填料,通过一系列技术改良措施,使废弃土方转化为具有一定强度和渗透性的路基填方材料,并对改良后的泥浆进行一系列的固化特性研究。研究发现:水泥对于泥浆的固化效果优于生石灰;引进ALLU就地固化系统对泥浆池中泥浆有很好的处理效果;现场固化后泥浆的最优含水率增大,而最大干密度减小,并且随着闷料天数的增加,最优含水量呈现减小的趋势,最大干密度呈现增大的趋势。
The high moisture content of slurry is locally solidified and treated as a subgrade stuffing. A series of technical modified measures can translate the abandon earthwork into a subgrade filling material with a certain strength and permeability. A series of solidification characteristics of the modified slurry are studied.The study result shows that the solidification effect of cement on the slurry is superior to the lime. The introduced ALLU local solidification system has the good treatment effect of slurry in the slurry tank. The optimum moisture content of slurry solidified in site increases, but the maximum dry density decreases. And with the increment of stuffy material days, the optimum moisture content presents the decreasing tendency,and the maximum dry density presents the increasing tendency.
