摘要
为了提升空中交通管制运行质量,以终端区为研究对象,建立终端管制运行质量评价指标体系,用网络层次分析法(analytic network process,ANP)确定指标权重,克服了以往层次分析法不能反映指标之间相互影响关系的缺陷;利用投影寻踪(projection pursuit,PP)和加速遗传算法(real coded based accelerating genetic algorithm,RAGA),建立基于加速遗传投影寻踪(projection pursuit-real coded based accelerating genetic algorithm,PP-RAGA)的终端管制运行质量评价模型,把运行质量多维指标综合成一维投影指标,根据投影指标值的大小对样本集进行统一评价并将评价结果与灰色关联分析法进行对比,验证方法的合理性,为空中交通管制运行质量的优化和控制提供依据。
To improve the quality of air traffic control operation,the terminal control operation quality evaluation index system was established by studying the terminal area.The index weight was determined by network analytic hierarchy process(ANP),which overcomed the defect that the former analytic hierarchy process can not reflect the mutual influence relationship between indexes.Using projection pursuit(PP)and accelerated genetic algorithm(RAGA),a model of terminal control quality evaluation based on accelerated genetic projection pursuit(PP-RAGA)was established.The multidimensional index of operation quality was integrated into one dimension projection index,and the sample set was evaluated according to the size of projection index value.The evaluation result was compared with grey correlation analysis method to verify the rationality of the method.It provided the basis for the optimization and control of air traffic control operation quality.
