白龙港污水处理厂污泥热干化系统的运行分析 被引量:1

摘要 上海市白龙港污水处理厂污泥处理工程为国内第一座成功运行的污泥消化+干化处理工程。该污泥处理工程中的热干化系统采用流化床干化工艺,设计处理规模约为60 tDS/d,于2012年5月投产。对该污泥热干化系统的运行情况进行了分析,总结了运行中存在的较为突出的问题,包括干燥器易淤结、进口设备采购及维护周期长、循环气体系统内含氧量超标等,并提出相应的措施,从而提高系统的稳定连续运行。 The sludge treatment project of Bailonggang Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP) is the sludge digestion + drying treatment project firstly successfully operated in China. The heat drying system of this sludge treatment project is the fluidized bed drying technology. Its design treatment scale is about 60 tDS/s.This project was put into operation in May 2012. The article analyzes the operation conditions of this sludge heat drying system, summarizes the more highlighted problems existing in the operation including the easy deposition of dryer, the long procurement and maintenance period of imported equipment, and the oxygen content exceeding the standard in recycle gas system, and puts forward the relevant measures so as to improve the stable and continuous operation of the system.
