摘要 依托上海市大庆桥-下承式钢筋混凝土异型系杆拱桥,研究了异型系杆拱桥的施工监控技术。通过拱肋、主梁的线形与应力监测及吊杆的索力监测,取得了很好的成桥状态。结构变形和受力均与有限元分析结果吻合且安全可控,成桥索力与设计索力最大误差不超过8%且全桥索力累积误差为1.3%,验证了施工方案的可行性,可为类似城市异型拱桥施工提供参考。 Based on Daqing Bridge in Shanghai-a through reinforced concrete special-shaped bowstring arch bridge, the construction monitoring technology of the special-shaped bowstring arch bridge is studied.According to the alignment and stress monitoring of arch rib and girder, and the cable force monitoring of suspender, the good completion state of bridge is achieved. The structural deformation and stress are identical to the result of finite element analysis, and are safe and controllable. The maximum error of cable force of finished bridge and the design cable force is less than 8%, and the cumulative error of the whole bridge is 1.3%. Therefore, the feasibility of the construction scheme is verified, which can be used as references for the construction of the similar urban special-shaped arch bridges.
