以某大桥混凝土桥面,通过抛丸工艺处理,喷涂纤维增强防水粘结层,有效改善和提高水泥混凝土面板与沥青铺装层之间的抗剪强度为例,阐述了混凝土桥面喷砂抛丸及纤维增强防水粘结层施工工艺控制重点,可为类似工程施工提供有益参考。
Taking a concrete deck of bridge as an example, the article introduces the treatment of shot blast technology and the spray coating of fiber-reinforced waterproof bonding layer effectively to improve the shearing strength between the cement concrete faceplate and the asphalt pavement layer, and sets forth the construction technological control points of sandblast, shot blast and fiber-reinforced waterproof bonding layer, which can be referred for the construction of the similar projects.
