摘要 新时代下,高职院校正处于新的历史机遇期,实现创建优质高职院校和建设双一流高职院校的办学目标,关键在于打造一支高素质、高水平教师队伍。为此,有必要对高职院校专业课青年教师这一特殊群体的职业规划、职业成长给予更多关注。分析专业课青年教师职业生涯规划外部、学校以及教师自身三个层面的困境,有针对性地提出促进专业课青年教师职业生涯规划的对策和建议,以帮助专业课青年教师更好成长,进一步激发高职院校的办学活力、办学实力和社会服务能力。 Under the new age,vocational colleges are in the new historical opportunity,to create first-class quality in vocational colleges and the construction of double in vocational colleges is the main educational goal in vocational colleges,and to achieve this goal,the key is to build a high level and high quality teachers. Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the special group career planning and career growth of the young teachers in vocational colleges. By analyzing the career planning of young teachers from professional courses,they come from three levels: external,school and teachers themselves. targeted are put forward to promote professional class young teachers career planning,in order to help young teachers grow better,we can further stimulate the vitality,strength and social service ability of higher vocational colleges.
