现代学徒制在高职院校的发展给学生管理者带来了机遇与挑战,亟须探索一种新的学生管理机制,使之与现代学徒制人才培养模式相适应。从新的领域出发,探讨出高职院校学徒制人才培养模式的途径。

The development of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges will bring opportunities and challenges to students administrators. It is necessary to explore a new student management mechanism to adapt to the modern apprenticeship training model. Starting from the new field,the way of apprenticeship training mode in higher vocational colleges is discussed.
