“厂中校”现代学徒制校企深度合作办学实践探索

Practice of Modern Apprenticeship of “the School in the Factory” Based on School-enterprise Profound Cooperation in Running Schools

"厂中校"现代学徒制合作办学是近年来高职教育发展的新动向,也是推进校企深度合作的重要举措。揭阳职业技术学院模具设计与制造专业对"厂中校"现代学徒制校企深度合作办学进行积极探索。为"厂中校"现代学徒制实践实施了一系列措施,包括转变办学思路、完善专业指导委员会、把课堂搬到工厂、实施生产一线教学、探索"学校、企业、学生、社会"四方共赢的招生招工方式、探索"学校、企业、家长、学生"四位一体的质量评价体系。文章最后介绍了实施"厂中校"现代学徒制校企深度合作办学所达到的效果以及存在的不足和改进的建议。

Modern apprenticeship of ＂the school in the factory＂ is a new tendency of higher vocational education in recent years; it is an important measure to promote profound cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Jieyang Polytechnic experiences a practice of deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises in modern apprenticeship of ＂the school in the factory＂ in the major of mold design and manufacturing by taking measures of changing the thought of running schools,perfecting profession guide committee,moving the classroom to the factory,teaching in the production line,exploring the pattern of recruiting students and hiring workers based on the win-win mode of schools,enterprises, students and social, exploring the four-in-one quality evaluation system of schools,enterprises,parents and students. It finally introduces the effectiveness of implementing modern apprenticeship of ＂the school in the factory＂ based on school-enterprise deep cooperation in running schools,points out the defects and proposes some improvement suggestions.
