基于人本视角下的民办高职院校教师管理实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Teachers' Management in Private Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Human-oriented

广州华立科技职业学院和广州康大职业技术学院是广州地区较具代表性的两所民办高职院校,它们在教师管理方面取得了明显成效,具备广州地区民办职业院校教师管理的基本特征。文章分析了该地区民办高职院校教师管理所存在的问题,提出了民办高职院校教师人本管理的实施策略。

Guangzhou Huali Science and Technology Vocational College and Guangzhou Kangda Vocational Technical College are representatives private higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou,which have achieved obvious results in the teachers＇ management with the characteristics of teachers management of private vocational colleges in Guangzhou. The paper analyzes the problems of teachers＇ management in private higher vocational colleges,puts forward the impletation strategies of teachers＇ humanistic management in private vocational colleges.
