基于护理视角的膝关节骨关节炎健康管理的研究进展

Health management of knee osteoarthritis on the perspective of nursing care

膝关节骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）发病率高,极大地影响患者的生活质量.本文基于护理专业视角,围绕KOA高危人群及患者的健康管理展开综述,并探讨了社区、医院护理工作者及家庭等共同参与KOA健康管理的措施.护理人员应针对健康人群、高危人群及患者群体采取不同的健康管理措施,通过健康教育和健康促进的途径,促进社区人群膝关节健康及KOA患者的功能康复.

Knee osteoarthritis （KOA） has a great negative effect on patients＇ quality of life with a high incidence rate. This paper aims to review the health management in KOA patients and high-risk population from the perspective of nursing care, and to explore related strategies regarding the cooperation of the community, hospital nurses and families. Nurses should have different health management interventions tailored for diverse populations （e.g. healthy people, high-risk groups, and patients） to improve the knee health in the community and KOA rehabilitation in patients through health education and health promotion.
