基于仿真模拟的污水处理厂提标改造方案 被引量:3

摘要 利用活性污泥工艺模拟软件,构建了某城市污水厂的工艺模型,经校核率定后,对该厂的运行现状进行剖析,提出了多种优化改造路径。模拟结果表明:通过对非稳态曝气方式进行改造,将该厂的生化单元设置为多级AO串联,可达到良好的污染物去除效果,其出水TN低至8.7 mg/L(减少了37.2%);此外,通过将部分好氧池的运行工况调整为缺氧状态,适当调整生化单元间的HRT,可在降低能耗的同时,提高24.5%的TN去除率。上述两种改造方案均可实现该厂出水达到一级A标准,而分段进水工艺并不适于所有污水处理厂的改造,应根据实际进水的水质特点进行分析。 A WWTP process model was established with the help of activated sludge process simulation software. On the basis of model calibration,operation status of the plant was analyzed and several schemes for its upgrading and reconstruction were provided. The simulation results showed that through reconstruction of the unsteady aeration mode,good pollutant removal efficiency could be achieved by applying multi-stage AO process for biological treatment,and TN of the effluent could be as low as 8.7 mg/L(reduced by 37.2%). In addition,with the operational condition adjustment of some aeration tanks,HRTs between different treatment units was appropriately adjusted,leading to the reduction of energy consumption and the increase of TN removal efficiency by 24.5% . Effluents by the two mentioned reconstruction schemes could both meet the criteria of First Class A. The multi-inflow system was not suitable for the reconstruction of every WWTP. Its application should be based on analysis of the actual influent quality.
