基于应用型课程的《网络零售》实践教学改革探索

The Exploration of the Practical Teaching Reform for "Online Retail" Based on Applied Courses

《网络零售》是应用型本科院校电子商务专业的专业核心课,具有实践性非常强的特点,但是应用型课程《网络零售》实践教学中面临着教学计划中实践课时安排偏少,具有网络零售实践经验的师资力量匮乏,模拟的网络零售运营实践教学环境较差和真实的网络零售创业项目风险较高等问题。在此基础上提出了以就业为导向确定实践教学目标,以校企合作为基础确定本课程对应的职业领域,校企合作共同确定网络零售岗位职业技能要求,以项目为载体选择实践教学内容和以工作任务驱动来组织实施实践教学的实践教学改革思路。最后,提出了建立"双师型"的实践教学队伍、建设完善的电子商务立体化实践平台、深化校企合作教学模式和改进实践教学方法与手段等解决对策,以实现培养具有实践能力的电子商务网络零售应用型人才的目标。

＂Online Retail＂ is a professional core courses of e-commerce major in Applied Undergraduate Colleges, which is very practical.However,the practical teaching of ＂online retail＂ is facing the problems such as there are few practical lessons in the teaching plan, lack of teachers with the practice experience of online retail, the poor teaching environment of the simulated online retail operation, the real risk of online retail venture projects is high and so on.On this basis, we put forward the employmentoriented practice to determine the goal of teaching practice, based on the cooperation between school and enterprise to determine the course corresponding to the professional field, school-enterprise cooperation to jointly determine the online retail job skills requirements, the project as the carrier to choose the content of practical teaching and task-driven to organize the implementation of practical teaching practice teaching reform ideas,and finally proposed the establishment of ＂double-oriented＂ practice teaching team, building a sound three-dimensional e-commerce practice platform.Deepen the mode of school-enterprise cooperation and improvement of practical teaching methods and means to solve the countermeasures, in order to achieve the goal of training the practical ability of e-commerce online retail application talents.
