集束化护理干预模式对脑卒中患者康复效果和护理质量的影响

Effect of cluster nursing intervention on rehabilitation effect and nursing quality of stroke patients

目的探讨集束化护理干预模式对脑卒中患者身心康复和护理质量的影响。方法将76例脑卒中患者随机分成2组,每组各38例;对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予集束化护理干预,比较2组患者干预前后肢体功能、心理康复、疾病预后和护理质量。结果干预后观察组的肢体运动功能评分(FMA评分)评分、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分等指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的治疗护理依从性、护理质量和护理满意度高于对照组,并发症和心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者早期实施集束化护理干预,能显著促进患者身心康复,改善疾病预后,提高临床护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the physical and mental rehabilitation and quality of nursing of stroke patients. Methods A total of 76 stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cluster nursing intervention. The limb function,psychological rehabilitation,disease prognosis and nursing quality of two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention,the observation group had better outcomes in Fugl-Meyer Motion Ability Score（FMA score）,Barthel index,Self-rating Anxiety Score（SAS）score and Self-rating Depression Score（SDS） score than the control group（P〈0. 01）. The observation group had higher treatment compliance,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction than the control group,the incidence rate of complications and the incidence of cardiovascular events were significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Early cluster nursing intervention for stroke patients can significantly promote patients＇ physical and mental rehabilitation,improve the prognosis of the disease,and enhance the quality of clinical nursing.
