植入用氟尿嘧啶缓释剂治疗胃肠肿瘤的护理配合

Nursing cooperation of implanted fluorouracil sustained release agent for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors

目的探讨植入用氟尿嘧啶缓释剂治疗胃肠肿瘤的护理配合方法。方法选取74例胃肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将采用蒸馏水冲洗创面的患者设为对照组,将采取植入用氟尿嘧啶缓释剂治疗的患者设为实验组,比较2组胃肠肿瘤患者的各项指标。结果实验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);但2组患者在谷丙转氨酶、白细胞、免疫球蛋白、肌酐方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论植入用氟尿嘧啶缓释剂用于胃肠肿瘤的治疗效果显著,配合以合理护理可改善治疗效果。

bObjective To study the effect of nursing cooperation of implanted fluorouracil sustained release agent for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors. Methods A total of 74 patients in this study were selected,among whom patients with gastrointestinal cancer took distilled water to wash the wound were as a control group,and patients with implanted fluorouracil sustained release agent were as experimental group. The indicators of gastrointestinal cancer were evaluated. Results The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,white blood cells,immunoglobulin,and creatinine（P〉0. 05）.Conclusion The application of fluorouracil sustained-release implants for the treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms has significant effects. At the same time,reasonable care can improve the therapeutic effect.
