初产妇母乳喂养采取早期泌乳启动联合个体化指导效果

Effect of early lactation initiation and individualized guidance on breastfeeding of primiparae

目的探究早期泌乳启动联合个体化指导对初产妇母乳喂养行为及质量的影响。方法选取本院进行分娩的初产妇300例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施围产期常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予早期促泌乳启动干预联合个体化指导,对比2组产妇母乳喂养行为及质量。结果观察组泌乳启动时间少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后1周内泌乳量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇出院前对母乳喂养知识和技能的掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在随访各个阶段(出院时、产后6周、产后3个月、产后6个月)纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期泌乳启动干预联合个体化指导能够有效提高初产妇母乳喂养知识,改善泌乳,促进母乳喂养,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early lactation initiation combined with individualized guidance on breastfeeding behavior and quality of primiparae. Methods A total of 300 primiparae in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,given routine nursing care,and early lactation initiation intervention combined with individual guidance,respectively. Maternal breastfeeding behavior and quality of two groups were compared. Results The initiation time of lactation in the observation group was less than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The observation group had higher postpartum lactation initiation volume within 1 week,and better mastery of breast feeding knowledge and skills than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at all stages of follow-up（6 weeks after discharge,3 weeks,and 6 months after delivery）（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Early lactation initiation intervention and individualized guidance can effectively improve breastfeeding knowledge,improve lactation and promote breastfeeding,so it is worthy of clinical application.
