PDCA循环管理措施在急诊急救中的应用效果研究

Application of PDCA cycle management in emergency treatment

目的探讨PDCA循环管理措施在急诊急救中的应用效果。方法选取100例急诊患者,根据入院ID号尾号随机分为实施前组和实施后组,比较2组患者的护理满意度、各项护理质量指标(医患执行率、无菌药品合格率以及消毒隔离合格率)。结果实施后组护理工作态度、护理工作质量、护理人员形象、环境卫生以及治疗护理速度的护理满意度均显著高于实施前组(P<0.05);实施后组的医患执行率、无菌药品合格率以及消毒隔离合格率均显著高于实施前组(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环管理措施对急诊患者进行急救,能够提高护理满意度,提升护理过程中各项操作的安全性,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation management in emergency rescue. Methods A total of 100 emergency patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into implementation before group and implementation after group according to the terminal number of the patient＇s admission ID. The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality index（doctor-patient execution rate,aseptic drug qualified rate and disinfection and isolation qualified rate） of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Nursing work attitude,nursing quality,image of nursing staff,environmental hygiene and nursing speed were significantly higher in the implementation after group than implementation before group（P〈0. 05）. The executing rates of patients and medical staff,qualified rates of aseptic drugs and disinfection and isolation in the two groups were significantly higher than implementation before group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion PDCA circulation management for emergency rescue patients can improve satisfaction of nursing and increase safety of operation in the nursing process. So it is worthy of extensive clinical application and promotion.
