摘要 高职院校与企业互聘兼职教师、共享智慧的探索顺应了高职教育发展的规律,也是我国发展职业教育的重要举措。交易成本理论、资源依赖理论和知识共享理论为其合目的性、必要性和可能性提供了解释框架。基于这些理论,实现校企兼职教师共享,需要建立制度性合作框架,使共享行为在系统内进行;并要提高学校资源的优越性,吸引企业合作;同时还要建立人才合作机制,激励校企兼职教师积极共享才智。 The exploration on mutual-employment of part-time teachers and intelligence sharing between higher vocational colleges and enterprises not only conforms to the development of higher vocational education,but also serves as an important measure of the development of occupationaleducation in our country. The theory of transaction cost,resource dependence and knowledge sharing provide an explanatory framework for its purpose,necessity and possibility. Based on these theories,theinstitutional cooperation framework needs to be established to realize the sharing of part-time teachersbetween higher vocational colleges and enterprises and ensure the occurrence of sharing behavior in thesystem. The superiority of school resources needs to be improved to stimulate the cooperation.Meanwhile,the talent cooperation mechanism needs to be established to encourage school-enterprisepart-time teachers to actively share their intelligence.
