摘要
为了解决淤泥陶粒加气砌块自重大、强度不足及热工性能不稳定等问题,通过分析陶粒及粉煤灰掺量对加气砌块性能的影响,采用在淤泥中加入掺合料来改变陶粒配方、调整加气砌块配合比及改进生产工艺等来调整淤泥陶粒加气砌块的技术性能。实验结果表明:钢渣粉和淤泥制备的陶粒,与掺加适量的粉煤灰配制出的加气砌块技术性能最佳,且符合现行国家标准。按照研制的淤泥陶粒及其加气砌块改良方案,实际生产的淤泥陶粒加气砌块质量得到了很大提高。
In order to solve the sludge ceramsite aerated blocks' problems such as heavy weight,insufficient strength and thermal instability, the paper analyzes the effects of adding different dosages of ceramsite and fly ash on the properties of aerated block effect, and adds admixtures in silt to changeceramsite formula, adjust gas block and production process of experimental research. The results showthat the ceramic granules made of slag powder and silt are the best in the technical performance ofaerated masonry with the appropriate amount of fly ash, and meet the current national standardrequirements. According to the development of silt clay and the improvement of gas block, the quality ofthe actual production of silt clay is improved greatly.
