分析腹部超声对黄疸疾病的诊断与鉴别

Analysis of Diagnosis and Identification of Jaundice Diseases by Abdominal Ultrasound

目的分析腹部超声对黄疸疾病的诊断与鉴别价值。方法选取70例黄疸疾病患者,予以患者腹部超声诊断,分析诊断结果。结果 70例患者经过腹部超声诊断后,发现36例无胆道扩张,占51.4%、34例胆道扩张,占48.6%。34例胆道扩张患者中有2例是胰头局限性炎症,占5.9%、3例是壶腹症,占8.9%、8例是胰头症,占23.5%、14例是胆总管结石,占41.1%、7例是胆管癌,占20.6%。36例无胆道扩张的患者中,8例是肝硬化伴腹水,占22.2%、18例是急性肝炎,占50.0%、5例是肝硬化伴肝癌,占13.9%、3例急性结石性胆囊炎,占8.3%。胆道扩张组和无胆道扩张组的诊断确诊率均高于不确诊率,优势突出(P<0.05)。结论腹部超声可有效鉴别出黄疸疾病患者的胆道是否发生扩张,诊断准确率较高,更安全,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the value of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of jaundice. Methods Seventy patients with jaundice were selected for abdominal ultrasound diagnosis and the results were analyzed. Results After abdominal ultrasound diagnosis in 70 patients, 36 cases showed no biliary dilation, accounting for 51.4%, 34 cases of biliary dilation, accounting for 48.6%. Of the 34 cases with biliary dilatation, 2 were localized inflammation of the pancreatic head, accounting for 5.9%, 3 cases of ampullary disease, accounting for 8.9%, 8 cases of pancreatic head disease, accounting for 23.5%, 14 cases of common bile duct stones, accounting for 41.1% and 7 cases were cholangiocarcinoma, accounting for 20.6%. Of the 36 patients without biliary dilatation, 8 were cirrhotic with ascites, accounting for 22.2%, 18 were acute hepatitis, accounting for 50.0%, 5 were cirrhosis with liver cancer, accounting for 13.9%, 3 cases of acute cholecystitis, accounting for 8.3%. The diagnosis rate of diagnosis of biliary dilatation group and no biliary tract dilation group was higher than that of undiagnosed rate, and the advantage was prominent（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal ultrasonography can effectively identify whether the biliary tract of patients with jaundice disease is dilated.The diagnostic accuracy is high and safe. It is worth learning from.
