优质护理对内分泌甲状腺患者的疗效观察分析

Effect of qualitative nursing on endocrine thyroid patients

目的就优质护理在内分泌甲状腺患者中的应用疗效进行观察分析。方法选取本院内分泌失调患者120例作为研究对象,将其随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,各60例。常规护理组进行常规护理,优质护理组进行优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果患者对优质护理组的满意度为95.0%,并发症发生率为5.0%;常规护理组满意度为71.3%,并发症发生率为28.3%,经过比较之后两组各项分数和总分的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内分泌甲状腺功能失调患者进行优质护理能够明显提高临床效果和护理质量。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of high-quality care in patients with endocrine thyroid glands after observation and analysis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with endocrine disorders in our hospital were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups： routine care group and high-quality care group, 60 cases each. One group consisted of routine nursing care for routine care, and the other set of high-quality nursing care for high-quality care compared the care effects of the two groups of patients. Results The patients’ satisfaction with the quality care group was 95.0% and the complication rate was 5.0%. The satisfaction of routine nursing group was 71.3% and the complication rate was 28.3%. After comparison, the differences between the two groups of scores and total scores were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High-quality care for patients with endocrine thyroid dysfunction can significantly improve clinical outcomes and quality of care.
