肺功能检查与一氧化氮检测在儿童支气管哮喘规范化管理中的应用价值研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的对儿童支气管哮喘规范化管理中肺功能检查与一氧化氮检测的临床价值进行分析。方法选取88例儿童支气管哮喘患者,按照病情程度的不同分为两组,对两组患儿治疗初始与治疗1年后的一氧化氮与肺功能指标予以比较。结果轻度组治疗1年后EFV_1、PEF、PEF50、PEF75水平(98.4±8.2)%、(99.4±7.0)%、(110.3±16.2)%、(120.4±26.5)%,均高于治疗初始的(82.4±1.6)%、(81.7±1.4)%、(59.8±3.4)%、(58.3±2.8)%;中重度组治疗1年后EFV1、PEF、PEF50、PEF75水平(92.6±31.9)%、(100.0±8.0)%、(109.1±19.1)%、(117.3±29.0)%,均高于治疗初始的(60.1±10.4)%、(59.9±9.7)%、(58.3±2.8)%、(54.2±7.1)%;轻度组与中重度组治疗1年后一氧化氮水平(22.0±4.7)ppb、(22.6±5.2)ppb,均低于治疗初始的(48.0±10.2)ppb、(54.4±18.0)ppb;管理前一氧化氮和肺功能指标不存在相关性(P>0.05);全部患儿规范化管理1年后,控制78例,占88.64%;基本控制8例,占9.09%;未控制2例,占2.27%。结论儿童支气管哮喘规范化管理中肺功能检查与一氧化氮检测,可对疾病的发展有效控制。 Objective Analysis of clinical value of detection of lung function in children with bronchial asthma standardized management and inspection of nitric oxide. Methods 88 cases of children with bronchial asthma patients in our hospital from April 2016 to August 2017, according to different degree of symptoms in 2 groups, compared to the initial treatment and 2 groups of children after 1 years of treatment of nitric oxide and lung function index. Results Mild group after 1 years of treatment, EFV1, PEF, PEF50, PEF75(98.4±8.2)% and(99.4±7.0)% and(110.3±16.2)%and(120.4±26.5)% was higher than that of the initial treatment(82.4±1.6)% and(81.7 ±1.4)%,(59.8±3.4)% and(58.3 ±2.8)%; In the severe group after 1 years of treatment, EFV1, PEF, PEF50, PEF75(92.6±31.9)% and(100.0±8.0)% and(109.1±19.1)% and(117.3±29.0)% was higher than that of the initial treatment(60.1±10.4)% and(59.9±9.7)%,(58.3±2.8)% and(54.2±7.1)%; mild group and severe group after 1 years of treatment, the levels of nitric oxide(22.0±4.7)ppb,(22.6±5.2) ppb, were lower than the initial treatment(48.0±10.2) ppb,(54.4±18.0)ppb; management of nitric oxide and lung function index there is no correlation; all cases standardized management control after 1 years, 78 cases, accounting for 88.64%; the basic control in 8 cases, accounting for 9.09%; no control in 2 cases, accounting for 2.27%. Conclusion Pulmonary function test and nitric oxide test in the standardized management of bronchial asthma in children can effectively control the development of the disease.
