下颌先天缺失两颗切牙的非常规拔牙矫治体会

The orthodontic treatment experience of patients with congenital missing two lower incisors using unconventional extraction treatmen

目的探讨下颌先天缺失两颗切牙患者的非常规拔牙矫治的临床应用。方法对下颌先天缺失两颗切牙并且采用非常规拔牙矫治的10例患者进行回顾性研究,观察其矫治效果并且测量其治疗前后的Bolton指数。结果 10例患者均取得了良好的治疗效果,达到了正常牙合关系。结论伴下颌先天缺失两颗切牙的患者其Bolton指数存在严重不调,针对合适的病例,拔除上颌两个侧切牙的非常规拔牙矫治方法可以达到良好的矫治效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of unconventional extraction treatment for cases with congenital absence of two lower incisors. Methods 10 cases with congenital missing two mandibular incisors using unconventional extraction treatment were retrospectively studied. The treatment effects were observed and the Bolton index were measured before and after the treatment. Results All 10 patients achieved a good therapeutic effect with normal occlusion. Conclusion Cases with congenital missing two lower incisors have severe disorder of Bolton index. In appropriate cases, using unconventional tooth extraction method which is extracting two maxillary lateral incisors can achieve good treatment effect.
