Objective To observe the effect of Baiji Shengji ointment on heat shock protein 70 in patients with wound healing after anorectal operation in(HSP70) expression, from molecular biology to evaluate the level of Baiji Shengji ointment on the clinical efficacy of wound healing after anorectal disease surgery, provide the treatment objective basis. Methods 40 cases of anorectal diseases and surgical treatment were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=20) and the control group(n=20). The treatment group received undergraduate Baiji Shengji ointment, defecation after dressing, covering the wound; the control group was given Mayinglong Longzhu ointment gauze, with the former method. The expression of HSP70 in the wound tissue was detected at first, third, seventh days after operation in two groups. Results On the first day after operation, there was no significant difference in the expression of HSP70 between the treatment group and the control group. The expression of HSP in the wound tissue of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group on the third, seventh day after operation(P〈0.05).Conclusion Baiji Shengji ointment can promote the healing of wound after operation for anorectal diseases, improve the expression of HSP70 in wound tissue. At the same time, the method is safe and effective, easy to make, easy to operate, low cost, and can be better popularized in clinical.
