血塞通联合α-硫辛酸治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度的影响 被引量:1

The effects on nerve conduction velocity ofα-lpoic acid combined with Xuesaitong on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的研究血塞通联合α-硫辛酸治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的神经传导速度的影响。方法将纳入研究的96例DPN患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组46例。对照组在常规治疗基础上每天给予α-硫辛酸600 mg静脉滴注;观察组在对照组的基础上每天给予血塞通400 mg静脉滴注。两组疗程均为2周。治疗2周后观察疗效,并行肌电图检查测定正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)。结果观察组总有效率94.00%(47/50)高于对照组71.74%(33/46),差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.021,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组患者正中神经的MNCV[(47.68±3.34)m/s、(43.82±3.10)m/s]、SNCV[(40.23±2.76)m/s、(37.31±2.79)m/s]与腓总神经的MNCV[(42.86±3.16)m/s、(39.47±2.17)m/s]、SNCV[(35.67±2.61)m/s、(32.16±2.50)m/s]均较治疗前改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(观察组治疗前后比较,t=7.876、8.428、6.923、7.234,P<0.05;对照组治疗前后比较,t=3.572、3.483、3.413、4.182,P<0.05),但观察组改善更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.133、3.827、4.634、4.546,P<0.05)。结论血塞通联合α-硫辛酸治疗DPN可显著改善患者临床症状及提高相关神经传导速度,优于单用α-硫辛酸。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and effects on nerve conduction velocity of Xuesaitong combined with α-lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods 96 cases patients with DPN were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases) and the control group(46 cases). The control group received α-lipoie acid 600 mg daily though travenous drip, the observation group received Xuesaitong 400 mg and daily though travanous drip. The course of treatment was 2 weeks in two groups. The effect was observed after 2 weeks, the motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were detected by EMG.Results The total effectiveness of observation group was 94.00%(47/50), higher than that of the control group [71.74%,(33/46)](x^2=7.021, P〈0.05). After the treatment, MNCV and SNCV of median nerve of observation group and the control group were [(47.68±3.34)m/s,(43.8±3.10)m/s],[(40.23±2.76)m/s,(37.31±2.79)m/s], and MNCV and SNCV of common peroneal nerve of observation group and the control group were [(42.86±3.16)m/s,(39.47 ± 2.17)m/s], [(35.67 ± 2.61)m/s,(32.16 ± 2.50)m/s], all improved compared to before treatment(observation group: t=7.876, 8.428,6.923, 7.234; control group:t=3.572, 3.483, 3.413, 4.182, P〈0.05), and the magnitude of improvement of the observation group was more significant, and the difference was significant compared to control group after six months(t=5.133, 3.827, 4.634, 4.545, P〈0.05). Conclusion Xuesaitong combined with a-1 ipoie acid in the treatment of DPN Can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve nerve conduction velocity, is better than the single use of α-1 ipoie acid, it is worthy of clinical application.
