多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效研究

目的对非小细胞肺癌患者采用多西他赛联合顺铂治疗,分析临床效果。方法选取88例非小细胞肺癌患者,按照随机数字法分成两组,实验组44例行以多西他赛联合顺铂治疗方案,对照组44例行以丝裂霉素联合顺铂治疗方案,对比两组临床效果和治疗的安全性。结果实验组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组患者,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对非小细胞肺癌患者行以多西他赛联合顺铂治疗,能够有效提升治疗有效率,减低不良反应发生率,提升患者的生活质量,促进患者快速恢复,效果显著,该治疗方案值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To treat cisplatin and docetaxel in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
