血栓烷A_2是花生四烯酸代谢过程中的重要产物,主要由活化的血小板释放。TXA_2主要具有两大活性:一是有强烈的血小板聚集作用,能促使血小板聚集形成血栓;二是可使血管、支气管和平滑肌收缩,对血管张力具有调节作用。TXA_2与心血管及相关疾病的发生有密切的关系,并越来越受到重视,现就近年来TXA_2在临床中的应用作一综述。
