MIC-1与消化肿瘤的关系研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 巨噬细胞抑制因子-1(MIC-1)也被称为生长分化因子15,既是人转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)超家族的分支成员,也是系统性炎性反应的成员。MIC-1由活化的巨噬细胞分泌,因此也被称为分泌型细胞因子,其具有抑制及促进的双重作用。MIMEAULT等发现,胎盘滋养层细胞表达MIC-1转录和分泌大量细胞因子,可促进胎儿生存,同时抑制母体促炎细胞因子的产生。
