miR-146a在银屑病发病机制中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 micro RNA是长度约22~25个核苷酸的微小RNA,广泛参与人体的各项生理活动,包括细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等。mi R-146a是近年来发现的在银屑病患者外周血及皮损中异常表达的microRNA,它的表达具有NF-κB依赖性,可调节TNF-α、IL-17等细胞因子的表达。其部分靶基因的单核苷酸多态性也可增加银屑病的易感性。除此之外,mi R-146a可通过TGF-β通路对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达进行调控,从而参与到银屑病的发病机制中。探讨mi R-146a与银屑病的关系,可在临床上为早期诊断及有效治疗银屑病提供新的靶点和新技术,同时为针对mi R-146a的新治疗方法开发提供新的思路和方向。
