柠檬酸淀粉酯辅助浸出低品位菱锰矿中的锰研究

摘要 通过酯化交联,合成柠檬酸淀粉酯,应用于电解锰行业低品位菱锰矿的浸出,研究了柠檬酸淀粉酯用量、酯化取代度、反应温度、反应时间等对锰浸出率的影响。研究结果表明,柠檬酸淀粉酯可显著提高锰浸出率,锰的浸出率可以达到97.42%,较常规酸浸,浸出率提高8.35%。柠檬酸淀粉酯辅助浸出的最佳工艺条件为:浸出50 g原矿,取代度DS=0.2柠檬酸淀粉酯用量为0.5 g,酸矿比为0.7,液固比为8∶1 m L/g,反应时间4 h,浸出温度55℃。 In this study,citrate starch was synthetised by esterification. And it was applied in manganese leaching from low-grade manganese carbonate ore with high silicon. The effects of citrate starch dosage,time and temperature on leaching efficiency were studied. The results showed that the leaching efficiency could be 97. 42% by citrate starch assisted acid leaching,about 8. 35% higher than traditional leaching. The optimum citrate starch assisted acid leaching conditions are as follows:when 50 g manganese carbonate ore is leached,the citrate starch dosage is 0. 5 g. The weight ratio of acid and ore is 0. 7,and the sulfuric acid to liquid ratio is 8 ︰ 1 m L/g. The reaction time and reaction temperature is 4 h and 55 ℃,respectively.
