摘要
研究了杂铜阳极泥氧化焙烧-酸浸回收铜、镍工艺,试验结果表明:氧化焙烧温度650℃、焙烧时间1 h、焙砂粒度-150μm、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间1 h、液固比5∶1、初始酸度150 g/L的最优条件下,铜、镍浸出率分别可达到98.4%和94.7%,富含铅、锡、锑的浸出渣可用作炼锡原料。
Study the Cu and Ni extraction from scrap copper anode slime by oxidizing roasting-leaching technology. The optimum experimental conditions were determined. The results show that under the conditions of 650 ℃oxidizing roasting temperature and holding time of 1 h,150 g/L sulphuric acid concentration,leaching temperature of 80℃,leaching time of 1 h,mass ratio of liquid-solid of 5∶ 1 and particle size of under 150 μm,the leaching rate of Cu,Ni reach 98. 6% and 95. 4% respectively,the lead tin-rich leaching residue can be subjected to smelting tin raw.
