摘要
锥头铅还原炉放渣口距氧枪距离较远,造成温度低、放渣难。采取加大天然气、氧气用量提高炉温,提高熔渣流动性,导致能耗指标偏高,通过炉体氧枪、下料口相关位置改动,增加渣口水套、加大溜槽倾角等改造,解决熔渣流动性差、渣口烧损、渣口溜槽熔渣溢堵等问题。
The distance between the slag nozzle and the oxygen gun is far away,which results in low temperature and slag discharge. Increasing dosage of natural gas and oxygen,improving furnace temperature,slag fluidity,lead to higher energy consumption indicators. Through the furnace body oxygen lance,feed opening position changes,the increase of slag saliva,such as enlarging the chute angle and so on,it solved the problems of slag illiquid,burning mouth,mouth chute slag overflow wall,etc.
