石灰和钙镁磷肥施用对水稻生长与镉累积的影响 被引量:11

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究石灰和钙镁磷肥单施和组配施加对Cd中度污染水稻中Cd累积的影响。结果表明,与对照(CK)相比,石灰和钙镁磷肥组配施用均能提高水稻生物量,降低稻壳和稻米中Cd含量。在施用1 g/kg石灰和0.5 g/kg钙镁磷肥处理下,抽穗期水稻叶片过氧化氢酶活性较CK显著降低(p<0.05),成熟期水稻叶片过氧化物酶活性增加明显(p<0.05);稻壳和糙米中Cd含量分别比CK降低了46.8%和26.0%。上述结果表明,石灰和钙镁磷肥组配施用能促进中轻度Cd污染稻田土壤上水稻生长,有效降低水稻中Cd含量,实现水稻安全生产。 Through greenhouse experiment,the effect of lime and calcium magnesium phosphate on the growth and uptake of Cd in rice planted in the Cd moderately-contaminated paddy soil was studied. The results showed that the biomass of rice was increased significantly while the uptake of Cd in rice and rice husk was decreased significantly compared with the control. Under the treatment combined with the doses of 1 g/kg lime and 0. 5 g/kg calcium magnesium phosphate,respectively,the CAT activity of rice leaves at the heading stage was significantly decreased,while the POD activity of leaves at the maturing stage was significantly increased. Moreover,the Cd content in rice husk and brown rice was decreased by 46. 8% and 26. 0%,respectively. The results showed that the application of lime combined with calcium magnesium phosphate in moderately or lightly contaminated paddy soil can improve the growth of rice and reduce the uptake of Cd in rice and assure the food safety.
