纳米聚硅降压增注技术在江汉油田的应用试验 被引量:1

摘要 纳米聚硅材料是以SiO_2为主要成分的一种无定型的白色粉末状化合物,具有憎水亲油的特性,可在砂岩颗粒表面产生一种物理吸附,从而改变岩石表面润湿性,降低注入水的流动阻力,提高水相渗透率。将以此材料为核心的纳米聚硅降压增注技术在江汉油田3口井中进行实验,并将实验结果与常规的酸化增注措施进行比较,发现在降低低渗透油田注水井压力方面,纳米聚硅降压增注技术有效率更高,有效期更长,但在增注后应及时大排量注水,否则会影响降压增注效果。 Nanometer polysilicon material is an unformed white powder compound with SiO_2 as its basis.It is water-repellent and oil-loving.It can generate a physical absorption on the sandstone particle surface to change rock wettability,reduce water flow resistance and enhance water phase permeability.Application test of nanometer polysilicon-aided pressure decrease and injection increase technology is done in three wells of Jianghan Oilfield.The test result is compared with common acidizing injection increase measures.It is found that this technology is more efficient and has a longer useful life in reducing pressure of water injection wells in low-permeability oilfield.
