离心式压缩机干气密封系统常见故障及处理对策

Usual Hitch and Treatment of Dry Gas Seal System in Centrifugal Compressor

干气密封是利用流体静力和流体动力的平衡实现的,其装置主要由动环、静环、弹簧和密封圈等组成,常见故障有联锁停机、密封失效和操作失误等。其中,密封失效故障最为常见,占密封系统故障的85%。密封失效通常发生于压缩机启、停机过程或者反复启停的压缩机组,特别是试车过程中的压缩机组,若出现压缩机机械部分任何不正常和联锁都应在试车完成后检查干气密封系统,为离心式压缩机正常运行提供保障。

Dry gas seal depends on the balance of fluid static force and fluid dynamics.It consists of rotating seal ring,stationary seal ring,spring and seal ring.Its usual faults are interlocking,misoperation and seal failure which is most frequent.Seal failure often occurs in the course of the compressor＇s starting and stopping or in compressor unit which starts and stops repeatedly.If any abnormality or interlocking would occur in mechanical part of the compressor unit in the process of test run,dry gas seal system should be checked after test run finishes in order to safeguard good running of centrifugal compressor.
