摘要
带压作业技术在作业过程中无外来流体进入井内,无井筒流体返出地面,是一种保护油层、降低生产成本、保护环境的新技术。其核心功能:一是通过防喷器组控制油套环空压力;二是利用堵塞技术控制油管内部压力;三是对管柱施加外力,克服井内上顶力,实现管柱带压起下。带压作业设备按配套方式一般分为辅助式和独立式两种。基于两种设备在涪陵工区和江汉油田的应用情况,总结出相应的作业工艺技术,为该技术的进一步推广提供参考。
Workover technology under pressure is a new technology which can protect oil reservoir,lower production cost and protect the environment due to no external fluid entry and no wellbore fluid backflow in workover process.It has such core functions as controlling annulus pressure of oil jacket via blowout preventer stacks,controlling internal pressure of oil tube via blocking technique and tripping the string under pressure by adding external force to the string to conquer downhole jacking force.Workover equipments under pressure are divided into auxiliary equipment and independent one.This paper discusses relevant workover technology according to their application in both Fuling workzone and Jianghan Oilfield,providing the reference for its further spread.
