＂Three Three＂Party building working method is a special one explored by CPC Branch of Bazhou Well Logging Project Department according to its working practice.It centers on production management,safety management and three basic work to realize deep fusion of Party building and uses Xinjiang＇s drop irrigation,natronite and densely inserted greening method as reference for strengthening spirit education in CPC members,strengthening construction of leading body,CPC members and employees and turning CPC branches at basic level into tough battlewagon.
