摘要
建立员工薪酬激励机制对于调动员工的工作积极性具有重要的现实意义。本文以江汉油田公共事业处为例,解析油田企业现阶段在激励制度方面存在的突出问题,提出今后薪酬激励机制的设计方案,从而促进企业实现可持续发展。
Construction of employee's compensation incentive mechanism is significant in mobilizing employee's working enthusiasm.Taking Jianghan Oilfield Public Utility Development as a case study,this paper analyzes the current problems of incentive system in oilfield enterprises and proposes a designing scheme for future compensation mechanism to accelerate the enterprises' sustainable development.
